We had a great time at the ez suites in brunei. The room was very comfortable and spacious for our needs. The bed was also comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size for my wife and me. We really enjoyed the location, as it is close to the gadong night market and the largest mall in the country. The staff was also very helpful. We struggled at times to get reliable wifi, and each network was off and on in terms of availability.5.0/510 Dec 2024

Kamarnya bagus, tidak terlalu besar tapi pas. Saya memesan 2 malam di sini. Pesan melalui aplikasi dan bayar saat check-in seharga $84 Brunei. Minta hotel untuk memesan antar-jemput bandara ke hotel seharga $15 Brunei. Setelah pemesanan, pihak hotel akan melakukan konfirmasi melalui WhatsApp. Lokasi dekat pasar malam Gadong. Highly recommended. This hotels location is unbeatable, about 200 meters from the mall. The room is comfortable for up to 6 people and has a good private bathroom and kettle. It has wifi but no tv. Excellent customer service and a clean, modern room. Extremely reasonable price for the accommodation and perfectly located for shopping and restaurants.5.0/520 Sep 2024

I would like to express my gratitude to dina for her invaluable assistance. Her company deserves a lot more attention, especially considering what she has done for me. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful stay. It significantly enhanced my entire stay in brunei. The floor is immaculate, allowing me to sit on the floor or steps, use my bed to store my laptop, and even use a small table for my mouse. I was so stressed out that i couldnt leave my room at all. The air conditioning was extremely cold, which is how you know it is wellmaintained or serviced. The room had a smart tv that i could use to play streaming services like ipod and ipod. I couldnt finish any preparation work for my 10 am meeting. Since the day before my flight, i had no sleep. By the time i departed at 6 am, i had slept through two nights. To my surprise, after showing my friend, ashrul, a listing of ez suites, he informed me that he knew the owner. She responded so quickly, and i was able to check in around 7 am, many hours before the usual checkin time. I kept telling my friend to thank her, even though i wasnt in touch with her directly. I was so happy and grateful from the start of my stay until the end. It meant a lot to me. Whether you book ez suites directly or through a different platform, i can be confident that the service would be excellent in any way, especially given how involved she was in taking care of her visitors. I am very grateful for this. P. S. I wont even bother looking for another place to stay on my next trip to Brunei, and i will definitely bring my sydney friends to stay here.5.0/526 Aug 2024
