I stumbled in the bathroom and brooded a lot and asked for the help of hotel staffs. It was amazing that I experienced so deep care and hospitality of virtually all hotel staffs and could safely and comfortably go back to Japan. I owe this hotel heartily

The room we had was very spacious, although the fixtures were somewhat outdated. Overall, I think our stay at the Orchid Garden was great. Will definitely come back!

stayed in june in standard room.absolutely no complains.they checked us in at 6.30am no extra charge ,close to airport but you get free shuttle to and from the airport and the citycentre so distance is no issue.extremely friendly staff from driver to manager,execellent service and buffet breakfast is great but buffet dinner is cheap and not to be missed.we travel a lot and i havent eaten so yummy food and made to order dishes anywhere so far.this is the only hotel I will ever stay in brunei.

This hotel is easily accessible from the airport and the staff were excellent. Rooms well appointed and good quality linen. Bathrooms looking a little shabby and could benefit from maintenance and repair in places. Good value for money however.

i enjoyed my stay. love the complimentary breakfast. the thing is i had to ride a taxi from the airport. but when the hotel had a complimentary car to drive me to the airport after my check out.

From the first moment I was happy in this hotel. After my arriving I could immediately have a sightseeing tour. Guide picked me up at the entrance of the hotel and we spent nice time together with other travellers to visit Water city at night, to see golden mosques at night lights and to go shopping in the shopping centre and old market. We had sea food for dinner, which was little bit strange but nice for me. I had good trip following day day too. The hotel taxi brought me to the centrum and I walked everywhere alone. It was great experience. I can recommend this hotel to everybody.

An excellent place for a visit to BSB.Away from the city so is a bit quieter yet easy access to town with the scheduled free transfers.Location also allows for quick access to the airport for flights without having to be ready hours before a flight. Very friendly staff who were keen to assist in all enquiries. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were fantastic. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone.

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan bandara di Bandar Sri Begawan, hanya 5 menit dari bandara. Hotelnya cukup luas dan menu sarapannya cukup enak. Fasilitas kamar lumayan, ada air panas dan ada alat untuk masa air dan sekedar minum teh di kamar.

This is a charming traditional hotel despite the fact that the restroom is outdated. I like the warmth of the staff service. I heard that Brunei is turning its attention to tourism, so the fact that this hotel is an airline partner gives you a sense of how much quality the nation is striving to achieve. I'm positive that the country can make improvements as it prepares itself for tourists, such as malls, entertainment, and cultural shows, but they are doing a good job with what they currently provide hotels, museums, and sightseeing options.

Kondisi kamarnya sudah tua dan kelihatan butuh renovasi. TV di kamar juga kuno banget. Pilihan channelnya juga tidak banyak. Staf lokal kebanyakan kerjanya lambat. Butuh 1 jam hanya untuk meminta lampu kamar saya diperbaiki. Rasa makanannya juga kurang enak. Pelayanan house keeping juga tidak membersihkan kamar dengan teliti. Lokasinya bagus, hanya 5 menit dari bandara.

Kalau lokasi hotelnya ada di kawasan Bandar Seribegawan tetapi lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat bandar. Dekat dengan stadion Hasanah bolkiah. Tapi tetap bisa naik bus dengan hanya 1 ringgit. Kamar luas dan bagus, pelayanan oke, sarapan juga banyak pilihan.
