The location is in the middle of Sunny beach by the boardwalk. The rooms are very small and the staff could be better. The buffet is very good but the pool terrace is nice.

I feel very at home in Puerto Rica and this hotel makes me feel even more at home! Excellent customer service makes me feel at home! The perfect beachfront location, excellent ambiance, excellent music, delicious and varied cuisines, servers and bartenders speak your language and understand customer service. It is difficult not to be satisfied when the restaurant's patrons are also serving tables and making the guests feel at home. To all the hotel staff, keep up the good work! I can't wait for the next visit!.

I got a great location, a lovely view room, good food, and a lot of different drinks. It's a clean hotel, and the entire staff were nice. The cold pool water is a drawback, but overall I recommend it, a good choice anytime.

It's a reasonable price, but if the hotel management had opened an additional restaurant area, we would have enjoyed our stay much more. The food is excellent. Every day, there is a nice selection of local and bulgarian dishes, as well as special themes throughout the week such as Indian, Mexican. For children, there are salads and pasta, and there is fantastic, freshly baked pizza. Only the fish was present solo, and everything else was far better than anticipated. I had never had a coffee break in an all-inclusive motel breakfast. The drinks at pool bars are all-inclusive until 2300, local brands only. The room was modern and roomy, with a big and spacious flat-screen TV, a sitting area, a balcony, and air. Try a milkshake or ice coffee if you want to get a nice meal. Even though the hotel is extremely busy, three restaurants are available, but two are closed. Because there are two additional unused restaurants, the remaining eatery is hugely too tiny for the amount of visitors. People simply walk in and stand until a table is set up, possessibly stressful and unusable. Several individuals had taken our table when we walked to the buffet, despite our complaints. You can find a free table only during the opening of the restaurant's first 15 or last 45 minutes. Although we
