The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is very good, the room has a terrace view, the restaurant and the beach have good cleanliness. I've stayed there twice already, the first time we went for a meal, and I like the place and time I stayed there in the hotel. I'll be back soon, I'm grateful.

The hotel was clean. We had terrible weather, but the lake was still very pretty. The hotel is definitely extremely bizarre bizarre animal portraits on the walls and a shirtless smiling brad pitt above a tropically decorated toilet in the restaurant, but I found this funny and adorable. We got a flavorless pork chop and greasy risotto as appetizers, even though we had half board. Even so, the service was friendly and accommodating.

The only negative things are the smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom. The negative things are the food smelled bad, not like the bed and the room smelled. The person who answered the call was really friendly. The negative things are the bad toiletries and the smelly bed. The breakfast was so basic and not the best for the price. The personnel was very friendly and really took the time to explain everything.
