About Black Rock Oceanfront Resort & Spa
Effective today, November 20th, aligned with the public health office direction, we will be open to essential travel only until January 8th. Dr. Bonnie Henry announced today, that all non essential travel should be avoided, and this includes, travelling for a vacation and travelling to visit friends and family out of your immediate household or core bubble.
