The staff at this hotel are really lovely. Had a wonderful check-in with a charming gentleman at the desk. Room was small but clean, shower didn't have much pressure. There was a wireless phone charger in the room but it did charge slowly. Outlets were in awkward areas but we managed just fine. Pool was closed during our stay - they only have an indoor pool. I saw a photo of an outdoor pool with their property photos on Expedia which is what made me book here, I was a bit disappointed to learn that it wasn't part of this hotel. Hotel is a very quick walk from the village, it's close enough to come back to should you need a quick break. The staff also provided us with wristbands to use some of Blue Mountains facilities free of charge and a generous coupon for the hotel restaurants. There is some room for improvement, however it was a lovely stay and the staff alone make it worth returning to. I'll definitely be returning next year!

From check in to check out Blue mountain was the perfect destination for outdoor lovers adults and children. Bruce gave us excellent recommendations especially with maps and cycling. Our room included $20 food voucher and we were surprised with free private beach access with water sports, gondola ride and canopy rope course. My friend and I came here this summer for the first time and Blue Mountain exceeded our expectations!! The natural setting was beautiful, staff very friendly and the washrooms very clean. Georgian trail nearby was a lovely trail to cycle on and the scenic caves a short drive was fun to explore. We definitely want to come back.

The Blue Mountain Inn is in need of a update. Rooms are dated and worn out. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. It is clean and maintained and The village is fun.

We stayed at Blue Mountain Inn for a mothers and daughters getaway and had a great overall experience. A huge thank you to Bruce at the front desk, who made our stay exceptional. He was welcoming, informative, professional, and even got us checked in early after our long drive. He truly went above and beyond. The complimentary shuttle service was fantastic. Thank you to Michael, Janice, Murray, and Joey for being friendly and reliable. We also loved the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, away from the busy village. The lobby is beautiful, and the indoor pool, and outdoor hot tubs were the perfect way to relax. The restaurant voucher was a nice touch, and the weekend salsa entertainment in the village was lots of fun. The only downside was the room itself. It could use renovations, housekeeping missed servicing our room one day, the coffee maker didn't work, room service was slow, and we even had to wait for more toilet paper. The restaurant service could also have been more attentive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. With a few improvements to the rooms and housekeeping, this would be an excellent place to stay. Special thanks again to Bruce for making us feel so welcome!
