Clean and spacious room and very well maintained swimming pool. Near to Niagara Falls and value for money. Good breakfast option as well but breakfast is costly. Parking is 19$ which is costly and you can find cheaper parking near by

Easy and quick stay for the night perfect and walkable but still out of the main central area so it’s not too crowded with a safe area for our car which was a plus!

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. The only thing I would recommend is shampooing the room carpets. Although they appeared clean, walking barefoot on them caused the bottoms of our feet to turn black, so we had to wash them before getting into the bed with the white sheets. Other than that, everything was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was perfect for anyone looking to be within a walking distance from Lundy Lane leading right to the falls and all the attractions. The room was great size. We were in a King bed with Jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi was fantastic. Our room didn't have a ton of natural light, but we didn't mind for the price we paid. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're going to Niagara Falls. Lovely staff and really nice property.

Personnel très accueillant, souriant et chaleureux. Hôtel vieillot qui aurait besoin d'une mise à jour. Cependant, tout est très propre.

Great experience with Puneet at the front desk. He provided excellent information during the stay while I was traveling with family and kids...At some point we run out of milk late a night and were able to get additional for the little ones from the store.

Traveling with my wife and two teenagers daughters... Very convenient location. All the fun and entertainment was so close! Easy to get in and out. Good parking lot. Friendly and professional staff. Nice and smooth check-in and check-out process. Our room was nice and clean with no bad odors. AC works fine. We decided to have breakfast somewhere else but, they do offer good options for breakfast at a very reasonable price. We would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future. No complaints. Excellent experience! Thanks!

I like the room and the bed. Microwave and the fridge is a good help plus the hotel is close to Clifton hills. The thing that I don’t like is you have to pay for the parking.

Little surprise that they charge for a breakfast that most other hotels give as complementary rooms are clean air-conditioning worked well location was excellent as far as getting around to the attractions and I like the fact they had on site parking
