The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. Everything was organized and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. From the moment we arrived, this hotel impressed us. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made a point of addressing me by first name, which was a lovely personal touch. The woman who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I had caught her name because she truly made a great first impression and deserves a shoutout! Being a brand new property, everything felt fresh and immaculate. Our room was spotless, and the views of Mt. Baker from the lobby and rooftop were breathtaking, especially during sunset. A special shoutout to Alejandra, who assisted us during breakfast. Her kindness made the morning meal a highlight of our stay. Also worth mentioning for those who are dairy-free, the coffee bar had oat milk available, which is something you don’t often see at hotels. A small but thoughtful touch! My family and I used it as our home base while spending time around Vancouver and Richmond, and it worked out perfectly. If you’re planning to visit those areas, it’s well worth staying here. Just be prepared for a short drive. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again!

I had a really great stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Surrey. The room was brand new, super clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved that it had all the facilities you’d need for a comfortable stay, from the fully equipped kitchenette to the spacious layout. It truly felt like a home away from home. I must add that it’s also couple friendly! One of the highlights for me was the complimentary breakfast. There were so many options to choose from, and everything was fresh and well organized. It made mornings so much easier and more enjoyable for us. The staff were also a big part of what made the experience stand out. Everyone I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was such a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, modern, and well-equipped place to stay in Surrey!

Loudest AC I’ve ever experienced. And it’s a brand new hotel. Had AC worked, it’s would have been great. But loud ac made sleep hard and life harder.
