Absolutely loved our stay, by far my favourite place to stay in the Toronto area. Amazing staff, super comfortable beds and amazing shower pressure! They have the option of early check-in and late plus later checkout which was a god send this morning when we had such a late night and wanted the extra sleep. Can’t wait to come back!

Location close to airport, complimentary breakfast was an unexpected surprise and much appreciated. Coin laundry for guests fantastic after 3 week trip. Evening meals in the restaurant were excellent, reasonably priced with a good choice.

Nice decorating, well maintained room. Decent continental breakfast. Staff were pleasant and helpful esp. when we couldn't start the air conditioner. Only downside was an empty lotion dispenser in the room, plus it was farther from the airport than as advertised.

When I arrived, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled because a credit card had not been provided. However, before my arrival, I had both called and sent a message confirming that I would be bringing a credit card and would pay with it at check-in. It appears there was a lack of communication between the booking agent and the hotel, as they did not have the same information. Had the hotel been fully booked that day, my room could have been given to someone else without any notice to me. Fortunately, the room had not yet been sold, so despite the cancellation, I was ultimately able to check in and receive my room. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled. Instead of acknowledging that the cancellation resulted from a communication failure, I was made to feel as though the hotel was doing me a favor by giving me the room. In reality, I was simply receiving the accommodation I had already reserved and was entitled to. The experience caused unnecessary stress and left me feeling that my reservation and my time were not respected. I also recommend accepting cash or debit card deposits as an alternative to credit cards. Many hotels, including those in downtown Toronto, already offer this option. Allowing reasonable cash or debit deposits would make the check-in process more accessible and convenient for guests who do not have a credit card.
