Very helpful and attentive. The restaurant is only for afternoons/evenings and offers a limited menu (no formal dinner). Breakfast is from a coffee so o on the street but they can bring the food to the lounge area of the hotel

People had warned us not to expect too much from the Toronto hotels during the World Cup, except for high prices, so we were thrilled to arrive at the hotel and receive an upgrade to a small suite. Our room was lovely, with a really comfortable king size bed, and views of both Lake Ontario, and the city. The staff were so great and responsive at all times. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance, and a tram ran right outside the hotel if you wanted to venture further, like to the Kensington Market, for example. As we only had two full action packed days, we were unable to try this, but there’s always the next time! We ate a late lunch there one day and took advantage of the Happy Hour specials. All were delicious.

I stayed at One King West Hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing everything we requested during our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the Wi-Fi was easy to connect to with a reliable speed. Our room was clean and comfortable. I had requested a room on a higher floor, and the hotel kindly accommodated my request, giving us a beautiful view. The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation within walking distance. The only suggestion I have is to offer a buffet breakfast, as I think many guests would appreciate having that option. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend One King West Hotel to others.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Toronto. The staff is probably my favorite part of the stay. Everyone is friendly and you always feel well taken care of. If there’s one thing I don’t like about this hotel is it just feels a little too dark (which is actually good when I’m just there to relax) I wish it was bit brighter. Other than that it’s an excellent hotel.

Great stay! The check in was easy and quick. The hotel was very quiet and I was able to sleep well. The Ritual Cafe had a fantastic breakfast. Staff were friendly, one maintenance team member even walked me to the other tower so I could see the historical elevator. Price point was fantastic compared to other hotels in the area as well as the stay being during FIFA, Blue Jays home games and Pride. All around a great stay. I wouldn’t recommend definitely stay here again.

Nosso melhor hotel ao longo da viagem! Excelente localização, próximo e estação central e de outras opções de transporte. Alias, a forma mais gostosa de percorrer a cidade é a pé ou de bicicleta. O hotel está próximo das principais atrações da cidade. O quarto era amplo, confortável e lindo; tinha até uma cozinha completa com todos os utensílios. Excelente cama e chuveiro. A equipe foi atenciosa, simpática e nos recebeu muito bem. Hotel super recomendado.

Our historical suite was lovely. It wasn’t very big but everything was well appointed including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet. The Daily Ritual served excellent breakfasts and the Teller’s Bar was a fun spot located in the lobby that serves good appies and drinks. I would definitely stay at this property again.
