Highly recommend staying at Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. I booked a room with an ocean view, and it was great to wake up to such a beautiful sight. The room was spacious, well maintained, and had everything I needed. It wasn’t one of the renovated rooms, but I was still very happy with it. Its location is very convenient, as it’s close to downtown, making it the perfect base for visiting all the sightseeing spots.

Perfect proximity to airport sky train stop and Canada Place cruise ship terminal. We were able to walk from sky train to hotel and from hotel to Canada Place cruise ship terminal with all our luggage, no problem. We got the included buffet breakfast which offered a variety of hot and cold food. Best hotel shower we’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to cruise ship terminal.

Our flight delayed our arrival, but we had a prepaid reservation and they honored it. We were unable to reach anyone by phone due to their automated menu, which just kept recycling our call. Room was fine, a little dated and rug was frayed. Bed was comfortable. No fan in bathroom, which steamed up easily. Great view, tho! Bistro Cafe was a great option for lunch and breakfast. Hop On Hop Off bus stop was right in front of the entrance. Location was great. Pricey, but would recommend.

We weren’t there very long but the hotel was perfectly located for our needs. Due to late and cancelled flights we arrived very late and had to be on our cruise ship at noon the next day. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean.

Overall the hotels was great. In safe area and check in was fine. 1 of the bellman was somewhat off putting but the reception staff made up for it. The room was good size, dated but the view of the ocean makes up for it. I love being able to let in the fresh air.
