We were in town for a few days to attend a concert and enjoy a short vacation, and this property was exactly what we were looking for. The suite was well appointed and conveniently located, and felt like a home away from home. There are a number of shops and restaurants very close by, it's a short walk to the waterfront, CN Tower and a handful of other attractions, and only about a 20 min walk from the Union Station train hub. I would definitely recommend this spot to other travellers, especially if you want something that's more of a condo than a hotel room, with the only caveat being that you need to be comfortable with going up and down stairs with 2 sets of winders as the bedrooms are on the upper floor and there are no landings at the corners. It wasn't an issue at all for us, but may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. We would happily book this spot again the next time we visit Toronto.

I'll admit I was a bit hesitant when I walked up to the door and realized I had to go through an office space to reach the condo but I was pleasantly surprised once I walked in. The unit is a small, 2-storey setup with nicely furnished bedrooms and 2 good sized bathrooms. It was clean and the kitchen area had all the dishes, etc I could hope for. There were multiple dining options and a large grocery within a short walk (1-2 blocks). I'd definitely stay here again.

Space was clean and hospitable, only improvements to note would be providing 1. hand soap (instead of hand sanitizer gel) in the powder room 2. the kitchen table is really wobbly, might be time to consider a new one 3. providing fans for the bedrooms 4. and fitted sheets on the beds (seems only thin mattress protector) - the duvets were thick so it was warm at night for sleeping even with temp set to 20 *AC) - all easy improvements to make and the opinions of our group.
