The rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful and answered all the question we had at check-in. Great breakfast and coffee was always available when needed. The staff was always maintaining all the supplies and keeping the area tidy. I would definite stay there again with my family.

Everything was fantastic. Clean, new, pool was great. Love the Tru by Hilton style. Lobby makes it like a home away from home. Can be away with a group of friends and are not confined to our rooms to visit. Very homey feeling. Just the breakfast that could be a little better (6/10). Cool packaged scrambled eggs. Need a no sugar added syrup for diabetics or people staying away from sugar. Something more in the way of baked goods (muffins, donuts, cinnamon buns) for those so inclined. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the room we stayed in, everything was clean, staff was nice. Would have loved some amenities to be more in the room such as a microwave to not go all the way downstairs to have to use one, as well as more parking. That being said those are all nit picky things, the place and stay was excellent!

Excellent hotel, great location, right next to a supermarket and other stores, traditional breakfast—nothing extravagant, but it delivered on everything promised. The 24/7 coffee service was a big help. The rooms were clean. The only wrong thing was that the HVAC system was loud, which woke me up every time it kicked in at night, and I never figured out how to use the fan in the bathroom, I don’t know if it was broken or if the switch was somewhere else I couldn’t find. Overall, I recommend the hotel 100%.

The stay was awesome, very spacious and clean rooms. the property had ample of parking. very kind and helpful staffs. This too good for the families with kids. The lobby was very spacious and had some entertainment equipment. overall all 10/10.

This hotel had everything we wanted. Our room was quiet and well appointed. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold items available. We really liked that there was access to a common area 24 hours a day that a microwave, simple food items and confections to purchase, games, reading or visiting spaces, and a coffee bar! Although we didn’t use the gym or the pool, these spaces were well thought out and had towels available. The hotel is also situated a short walking distance to some restaurants and shopping.

New hotel in Bracebridge. The location is a bit out of the tourist area, but worth it for the quality of this hotel. Clean with great amenities. The pool is smallish, but it had a neat fountain and bubbler in the middle which made time in the pool so much more fun. It entertained my son for a long time. Also very dog friendly. Great stay. Will stay here again.

A very modern King room. Not big, but very efficient. Excellent large bathroom with very nice large shower. Good number of plugs and ports with good size TV. Available streamers, but live channels limited eg. Sports.
