The location is very good as it is on the top of Puerto Vargas, and it provides a beautiful view of the lake and volcano. Our room was very comfortable, with a comfortable and spacious bathroom. The staff are very attentive and friendly. After a day of sightseeing, one may choose to enjoy an outdoor jacuzzi and enjoy the lake view. The internet connection is very good. Breakfast is very complete, including choices for all tastes.

This is a great place to stay if you are bringing kids. The location is not close to the shore or city center. The service here was very good. This place has a wonderful location. They also recommend me to book an apartment in the north as it does have an optional breakfast.

In fact, we came there in October 2016. We felt we had a better place after some days in Puerto vargas. But with the transition, they are a little different now. Anyway, we believe we had some of the best times of our lives. We love Chile, Puerto vargas, and dein has. We went back for a few more days after heading south.

This is a nice location for the notsogood things. If you use the toilet, it will plug for sure, even if you are an informed visitor of South America never put toilet paper in the toilet to flush!. The best view, not the ideal Puerto Vargas view of porno over the lake, and the two different bedroom apartments we stayed in had plenty of room to relax. I was very disappointed with the fare offered on the first visit so I declined breakfast on the second and went elsewhere. No toilet paper should be placed in the toilet until flushing. Shower heads wouldn't stay in place, I'm not sure why they need to water the shower walls all the time, and the breakfast buffet seemed overpriced based on what you actually get. Coffee is never a good sign.. Food somewhat cafeteria-like. There was fresh fruit, and eggs were available. We wouldn't return based on two separate overnight stays in two different, but similar units, the two visits separated by roughly a week-one breakfast only, as we were so disappointing by the food offered on our first visit that we declined breakfast on the second and went elsewhere.

We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment with a spacious living room and separate kitchen area with distant views of the lake and pornographic volcano. The hotel is a 15 to 20-minute walk from the town center in a peaceful area of town. When we arrived, the room was quite cold, but every evening someone came to light the wood burner, which also heated the radiators making it lovely and cozy. The only minor complaint was that we had a gas oven, but nothing to light it with, which to be honest appeared to be common throughout Chile, but it was promptly rectified and reported to reception.
