I would still recommend it for a 3 day getaway. Beautiful hotel with great amenities all around. However, the service was mediocre and the food was only decent and overpriced.

A stunning hotel in a lovely setting. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. All the restaurants offer delectable cuisine and outstanding service. Although small, plaka has restaurants, coffee shops, and charming gift shops.

The location is stunning, with panoramic views. Clearly highend and for a specific market. The service was ok, but geared towards more premium guests. Which was fine for us and we were happy to be selfcontained. All the staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything. There are obviously many rooms available because of the end of season. It would have been nice to have been offered an upgrade especially as our stay was part of our honeymoon.

The hotel is excellent and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is helpful and friendly. The entire hotel is neat and wellorganized. The food is delicious. I have tried all of the restaurants here and each one is excellent. The perfect place for relaxation, rest, and culinary. The view is unique. I will return.

Today, we had a wonderful dive with Peter and Ody from the happy crete dive center in this hotel. The equipment is perfect, clean and new, and the guides are very experienced. Great dive sites. Just visit them and try them out.

Overall, it was still a good experience, but at this price point, i wouldnt anticipate such issues with the room. A pretty nice hotel all around. The location is excellent, directly on the water, across from spinalonga, which is quite interesting. Its walkable from plaka, a lovely little village, and a short drive from elounda, which is a little larger. The spa was fantastic, the pools are lovely, and the beach is also beautiful. Service was excellent everywhere. Breakfast was also included and solid. The main drawback was that the rooms needed some work. The noise insulation was inadequate, so you could hear any talking or luggage from your room in the hallways, which was loud enough to wake us up a few times. There arent enough outlets, and the shower doesnt drain quickly enough.

Highly recommended! Fantastic luxury beach hotel. The food is of very high quality, has all the amenities, and possibly the best beaches in the Mediterranean. Also, one of the quietest and most relaxing fivestar resorts ive ever been to.

The resort is truly remarkable. The rooms are spacious and wellappointed, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is stunning, offering stunning beachfront views. Shopping and dining options are conveniently located within a 10minute walk in plaka or elounda. Agios Nikolau is only a short distance away, offering a wide variety of dining options and shopping options. I highly recommend the Blue palace.

This is exquisite. The property is large, with many pools and a variety of restaurants onsite. You can take a ride from the lobby or your room level to the beach via a funicular. My favorite part was the beach. The service was excellent, and there is a facility where you can rent paddle boards, jet skis, tubs, and other equipment. Going standup paddle boarding in the aegean sea without a north american fear of sharks. What better gift? Genuine bliss. The water is stunning, and the beach is completely swimmable. The hotel overlooks the soontobeUNEsco site. A charming village with charming restaurants and the cutest souvenir shops is also just a short stroll away. The onsite restaurants were my only disappointment. We were unable to reserve a seat at the traditional Greek restaurant, and one of the other restaurants we ate at had an odd odor, making it a somewhat questionable backdrop. The breakfast buffet is lovely, and the service was excellent. This is one of those onceinalife experiences. It is a little off the main road, which makes it even more unique.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting and the staff and service are first class. Housekeeping, beach staff, concierge, reception and spa staff were all very welcoming and provided excellent service. In particular, the restaurant standard and service were really good - all the outlets had very high standards and the managers and staff were great.

The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The food was simply delicious and easily Michelin stars. They bring new meanings to the word generosity. Its expensive, but for a short break in the sun, relaxing on the beach and forgetting normal life it was worth every penny.

Dear hotel team, we had a great time at your property and would definitely return. Everyone on your staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and im surprised how familiar it is in this enormous resort. We personally greeted and offered some raki at the end of the meal, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The asia deep blue restaurant was fantastic, and we visited there twice. Breakfast was also delicious, and the staff members recognized us in the morning. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our wonderful stay!.

Probably one of the best hotels ive ever stayed at. Our initial plan was to check in and explore the rest of the island, but after seeing how luxurious our hotel was, we decided to spend the entire time here. Everything you need is here, from water activities to restaurants to numerous pools and the beach.
