Ive stayed here many times, this time the front desk upgraded us to a family suite, two separate rooms, very nice, the bed sheets are comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and spacious, service attitude is good, i will stay again next time, also the fruit is very fresh!.

The location is not far from the west lake. Its very convenient to get around. I stay here every time i come. Feels comfortable and satisfied. Xiao Shi at the front desk is always warm and thoughtful every day. The service is very good.

Très bel hôtel, chambre confortable, magnifique petit déjeuner. Rapport prestations vs prix incroyable! Le service de conciergerie m'a rendu un grand service en retrouvant le taxi qui nous avait transporté de la gare à l'hôtel et dans lequel j'avais oublié mon passeport en arrivant le premier jour. Un grand merci!

Locates right next to a subway exit gives it very easy connections within or inter-cities. Maybe cause I got the promotion rate including breakfast, the value is very high. The breakfast is very good and locates at 33rd floor with great view.

Hotel is not International but Chinese. It is very nice with great location on metro and shortvtaxi ride to the lake. Rooms are small but pretty and cozy. Best of all is that restaurant on the top floor has great international food and great view. Wifi works great. Service is nice. Real nice experience for foreigner in Chinese hotel!

This is a business hotel run by chinese people. The 33rd floor offers incredibly beautiful views of west lake. Excellent and generous breakfast options, especially western ones, are available on the upscale menu. Wonderful accommodations with opulent design, roomy and welldetailed interiors, and many amenities.

The hotel front desk staff was very enthusiastic and helped me upgrade the large room. The room is very clean and tidy, the service attitude of the room attendants is excellent, and the breakfast is also good.

The hotel boasts excellent amenities, with bright and tidy rooms. Ms. Lou, the front desk employee, is incredibly enthusiastic and quickly resolves issues. I am looking forward to staying at this hotel again when i visit hangzhou in the future.

The rooms are quiet and clean, the transportation is convenient, and you can enjoy a panoramic view of the lake from the top. Apart from its price, it is essentially id say if you look at the facilities, this hotel is very good overall.

Shi zhiyu, the receptionist at the front desk, provides excellent service and is very considerate. I was given a free upgrade to stow room because i arrived late that day. The hotel is conveniently located next to hangzhou railway station, just requiring merely two minutes to walk there. It is also conveniently close to the west lake in directional directions, making it an ideal location. An old fivestar hotel with excellent hardware. Next time, ill choose to stay again.

The location is right next to hangzhou railway station, 1.5 km from west lake and hefang street, so you can just ride a bike. Free upgrade to deluxe king room on 30th floor with panoramic view of lake! Very happy! Breakfast is very rich!.

This hotel is the official official hotel designated for the Asian games. The location is very good, right next to the chengzhan train station. Service was excellent. Checkin lady was very considerate. Its been quite a long time. So it still has chinese decoration. This time the floor was set very high. You can see the night view and the west lake.

The breakfast is also very rich. And then, the location is excellent, as i have to go to hello kitty early the next morning, so it can only be considered a turnaround hotel, but the service environment isnt bad. After that, when ive arrived in the middle of the night, they helped me upgrade to sytaya double room. Subsequently, this hotel can just be regarded as an overnight hotel because if you look closely, its not too bad
