We stayed at twelve for four weeks in total to see and stay in various parts of the city. We stayed in shanghai for four weeks, splitting our trip into four hotels so we could see and stay in different parts of the city. The 12 at hengshan was by far our favorite hotel! Beautiful inside and out. Modern and clean yet had chinese decor that felt authentic and luxurious. Fiona welcomed us and told us everything the hotel had to offer when we checked in. Of course, this is common at all hotels, but she did it so in a way that she seemed truly proud and happy to work there. She also upgraded us to a suite overlooking the courtyard. After weeks of travel for my husbands work across east Asia with a 2 year old, the extra space was greatly appreciated! The room was bright and airy. The bathroom was beautiful and the soaking tub was amazing. The pool and sauna / steam area were great. The location is right in the french concession close to amazing shopping and restaurants. The guys at the front concierge, one named bale and cant recall the others names, were so sweet and helpful, always booking us a taxi and offering advice, and they were lovely with myself and my son! I didnt use the gym, but my husband said it was very well equipped and clean. We stayed 4 nights at 12 and did everything we could to cancel or next hotel on the bund to extend our stay, but our next hotel was nonrefundable. We really regret not booking 12 for much longer! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and we look forward to staying with you on our next trip!.

The hotel is in a prime location. Huaihai road, hengshan road, and Xujiahui are all within walking distance. Breakfast is served without a line, and the cuisine is excellent. You reserved a double bedroom room, which was upgraded for free. The view room is lovely, and it has a balcony.

Saya datang sangat terlambat. Staf sangat antusias.

In July 2023, i spent 15 days in this hotel. It is quite convenient to travel to any location in shanghai from here because this hotel has a metro station beneath it. The hotel is kept immaculately and spotless. This hotel is close to a lot of eateries and bars. The hotel has its own garden.

On new years day, a family trip is planned. When i arrived at the hotel in the evening, the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. For children, toiletry kits are thoughtfully provided. Additionally, the rooms are immaculate. The hotel is home to many worthwhile attractions.

The hotel is stunning, and i particularly like how distinctive the terracotta tiles are decorating the exterior walls! The room is spacious and tidy. The decor of the corridors and rooms is tastefully decorated. The service staff, especially abby, are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time i visit shanghai!.

Outstanding service, especially from staff members like mandy zhou, who went above and beyond to assist me as a foreigner using local applications and even paid out of her pocket for a taxi fare when my alipay couldnt work. The rooms and location are also excellent. Would definitely return in a heartbeat.

A nice hotel in a convenient location. The pool hours are a bit limited. The breakfast served on the rooftop is delicious.

The hotel boasts a charming garden that is evident in every room. The affordable price and attentive service are both favorable for tourists. This hotel is conveniently located in shanghai, offering easy access to various amenities.

I always got a better room from the hotel, and i really appreciate it. The food is delicious, and the room and cleanliness are excellent. You could improve the service provided to guests by providing ice. Perhaps there are a few more options in the fridge to pay for. Keep up the fantastic work.

Next time, ill be back. A positive checkin experience. The hotel provides excellent service. The bedding is quite cozy, and the room is rather large. I requested a late checkout until 14.00 by calling the front desk.

A remarkable structure created by a wellknown designer. Fantastic garden that allows you to walk despite the rain or windy weather. I was also impressed by the comfortable room and the lovely new terrace.
