I've been staying here for over a year and a half and have had no negative feedback from it. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Even ella at the lounge is a asset because she goes above and beyond for all the guests.

This is a fantastic hotel. The hospitality was excellent. The city's views are breathtaking. The accommodations were cozy and equipped with numerous amenities. For better views, try to book a corner room. From the receptionist, concierge, dining room, and lounge personnel, everyone was helpful. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful here. Additionally, the executive lounge is a wonderful addition. The neighborhood is also ideal for exploring the city. I will return here. Highly suggested.

I have remained in this hotel twice over the last 15 years, often twice, once more, for about 10 days, beginning on September 15. This is one of the most bizarre periods in history when China implemented one of its most intriguing national policies of zero couid and continues to do so. Throughout all of my travels, I had many difficulties, and my stay was quite comforting. Strong policies are maintained with zero tolerance for whatever the practical reasons are for ordinary living. These difficulties would make me a non-grata in this lovely nation. Despite all the challenges, the hotel staff made my stay quite cozy. From when I checked in until I left and until I checked out, all facilities are provided, and the services are spotless. Under normal circumstances, we would take them for granted, but Considering what has occurred in shanghai since couid broke out, those conveniences and comforts are made lifetime good memories and should never be taken for granted. The concierge men, housekeeping, breakfast, lunch, and hotel office employees, in particular, were always cheerful and attentive. She led her staff to help me check in successfully, which otherwise wouldnt happen because my per test result was a few hours longer than anticipated based on the then local city's policy. She did so without violating local laws because it was a simple time lag in communicating the continually shifting policy to a staff who

The customer service and personnel are great enough, they upgraded my room, but the facility is quite old, sometimes hard to use, but after we called them they came in and fixed the problem. But the location is quite good for travelers, even if the traffic is a bit serious.

The first time I stayed there was Shirley at the front desk. She is amazing and enthusiastic! The service is nice and attentive, they ask me about my needs and try to arrange them. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Will stay here again next time on a business trip!
