I hope I could keep this location secret, but since I don't know when I will be back to Chongqing, I thought Id share because our planner told us it was very difficult to find online. This was a fantastic hidden gem in a city that prides itself on opulence but doesn't always pull it off. In a shabby chic way, it is trendy, different, and very modern. Lovely rooms, breathtaking views, comfortable beds, a delicious Chinese breakfast that is free for western, so its best not to expect it, beautiful bathrooms, and friendly staff even though they do not speak English Google Translate is looking after it. All of this is hidden within a very entertaining new part of town that has been renovated from old printing factories and stores. Check out my pictures and see what I mean.

I do not suggest staying here. I wish I could keep this location secret but I think it's incredibly hard to find online because I don't know when I'll be back to Chongqing, and our planner warned us that it would be difficult to find online. This spot was a wonderful hidden gem in a city that prides itself on opulence but doesn't always pull it off. It is modern, eclectic, and retro in a shabby chic manner. There are gorgeous rooms, amazing scenery, cozy mattresses, a delectable Chinese breakfast for free without western, so it's best not to expect it. Gorgeous bathrooms, and helpful staff even though they don't speak English Google Translate takes care of it. And all tucked away in a brand new part of town that has been renovated from old printing shops and printing shops. Youll see what I mean if you see my pictures.
