Overall, a nice value for money. Although a little small, the room was spotless. Despite the fact that a few of the items in the room were broken or broken, they promptly sent someone to fix it after we informed them. The neighborhood was safe, and there were several dining options, the breakfast was delicious. Except for one, the staff was excellent and helpful. Our front desk employee, Wilson, was in trouble. We had prearranged an airport transportation through them, and a few days before we arrived, we asked them to change the pickup time to two hours because we wanted to obtain our yellow fever vaccine at the airport after landing. They accepted the request, but they failed to inform the driver, who arrived at the airport at the previously scheduled time. The driver was courteous and transported us from the arrival to the departure terminal, which was around five minutes away, where the clinic was, and waited for us for over an hour. He eventually charged us an additional fee for the wait, which we gladly paid because the inaccuracies weren't his responsibility. When we complained to the front desk, wilson disputed liability by claiming that the driver had charged us extra because we had caused him to wait for us, which we explained via google translate that the hotel had not given him the correct pickup time. The other receptionist, julio, said the charge was for the wait,

The hotel is in a very safe area, Parquet de la 93, and has excellent taxi service everywhere. Beautiful and light rooms with a large feeling. Nice mattresses. There is no question that it is too big or too small. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bars around, banks and ATMs, and a decent street food cafe a block away for a variety of tastes and preferences. There is also the only original version movie next door.

For the hotel's price range, we anticipated something average, but we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel was. Our standard room size was ideal for our oneweek visit. The fact that the floors are laminated not carpeting is important to us. There is no air conditioning, but you do not need it here. The wifi was good all the time. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of fruit, cereal, oats, yogurt, different kinds of bread, fried or scrambled eggs, coffee, tea, and always something different on hot dishes like rice and beans or jamal so you don't get bored eating the same every day. Beautiful, roomy shower with hot water and good water pressure. Every day the room cleaning service was excellent. The building looks very modern and I loved how they integrated the emergency stairs to the building just in the middle of the aisle giving you the chance to enjoy a great view. See attached picture. Drivers are always ready to help and take you wherever you need. We took private service to Caledral de Sal for a very reasonable price. Recommended restaurants near gamberro and savings pajamas. If you visit La Candelabra, try prudence Restaurant. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful..

I would not return here. They did not offer room service for lunch or dinner, and there were numerous restaurants nearby that were very close. The bathroom was so gross that you had to walk in and turn around next to the open window to close the shower door and then lock the glass door. After that, you can turn on the shower to avoid catching the cold water. After that, I made a calculation: run the shower first and get it hot, turn it off, turn around and lock the door, then turn on to save you the warm water. It was much more simple if it had a sliding door. This was not really an uncommon event that a bright spark had created. Even though the breaky was average, there wasnt a lot of options, but the chef will make your eggs or an omelet.
