The service from the staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean, it was large and spacious with a delicious breakfast and a very good menu and presentation. The receptionist was attentive and helpful. It's in a peaceful and safe area to walk around.

I was eager to remain at this hotel by using the madison exertions I had from the fall promotion. I had never been to Colombia before, and I chose to come because of this hotel. I was eager to utilize the excellent steam room and sauna, as well as the delectable wellknown breakfast buffet, which lived up to my expectations! The staff was incredibly gracious and patient with my advanced Spanish. Although each night was reserved with points or exercises, they handled the complexity with relative ease. The gold level welcome treat in the room, which was a plate of fruit and two beverages. The mattresses were extremely firm, and I was unable to fall asleep the first night because of it. But the following two nights were wonderful! Wi-Fi was fast and easy to use. Because the bathroom lacks ventilation, fragrances after using the restroom generally stick around for a long time, and shower steam was difficult to dissipating. People have described loud noise from the restaurant on the third level in their reviews, and although I could hear it from the hallway, it was difficult to hear inside the room. Four stars because, while I enjoyed the hotel, the photographs made it appear a little larger than anticipated. I enjoyed my stay, but it was a tad sad that the hotel wasnt in as good as anticipated.

The hotel personnel are nice, and the breakfast was wonderful. We remained in a king suite with a tiny kitchen. The room appeared to be clean, but the previous room occupants' trash was not removed, the countertops were sticky, and the bathroom floors were not cleaned. I contacted the hotel earlier about nearby restaurants because this was my birthday trip, but received no response. I also believed that my madison membership level was not taken into account.

The hotel facilities are large, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is very varied and the quality of the food is good, as is the food in the restaurant. The restaurant bar on the terrace has a nice view of the mountains and city, it is close to tourist areas and shopping centers, the parking lot does not have direct access to the hotel, no security measures are required of guests, some hotel staff do not use the mask correctly.
