Great little B&B in the heart of Split. 10/15 min walk to the main tourist area and the port. Very much as described - small but mighty fine. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast area is outside and just lovely to sit and enjoy your breakfast which was really good - ordered in advance and delivered perfectly. The owners and staff were super helpful and very very nice people. Very unusually, we had heavy rain and Tia kindly provided some umbrellas for us to use which was very kind. We usually stay at bigger hotels but this has changed our thoughts on maybe using smaller places from now on.

We loved staying here for 2 nights. The first night we were in room 106 which is the top floor (3rd floor) and had a little view of the water. The second night we stayed in 104 which has a patio area- 2nd floor just above the lovely breakfast area. The rooms were exactly the same. This delightful hotel smells of lavender and the staff goes beyond to help their guests. They do offer laundry service and also helped arrange a taxi to the airport and booked us a tour in Split. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on. We really enjoyed their breakfast. They had a delicious offering of fruit, cereals, yogurts and then each afternoon you filled out your breakfast request for the next day. (eggs, toast, meats/cheeses). Get the croissants! AND they have real brewed coffee- a rarity in Europe. But they are happy to make you an espresso or a latte. It is a little tricky to find (don't use google maps if you are walking from the ferry). I think it's best to call when you get there and see if they can text you directions. You have to find an alley entrance off a main streets. Don't hesitate to book this lovely place- it's worth the price.

A very nice place run by lovely people. The best part was it was totally silent aside for normal doors closing etc. the neighbourhood is close to the main strip without the noise. It wasn’t cheap compared to other options and we were slightly disappointed to see that if we had waited and booked the room a day before we got there, it would have been much cheaper, but that’s the price you pay for planning and securing the room in advance. No complaints at all.

Our stay has been especially nice Lucy and Lina were lovely and helpful upon arrival and the location is perfect for being near the city walls but slightly away from the crazy crowds Breakfast was excellent
