Ein gutes Stadthotel, direkt an der Straße gelegen, aber ruhig. Check-in schnell und freundlich. Lift vorhanden. Zimmer sauber und hell. Auch deutsches Fernsehen. Kontinentales Frühstück. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Alles bestens!

Room was fantastic and large. Hotel also falls under the same catagory. However there are not 2 pools and a hot tub, there are 2 hot tubs. One of which is on its own, the other is half hot tub, half current pool.but it was still relaxing. The ate at the restaurant, there was extremely slow service. We was in there for roughly an hour and 20 minutes, and only had 2 courses, considering we were the only ones in there, it was a little frustrating. There was a vast selection for breakfast, including fresh omelette. Very enjoyable and would recommend

The layout of the room is unusual but looks quirky. The bed was very comfy and the staff were friendly. The train station to Zagreb is a 20 minute easy walk away.

Quite far from the city center but very easy by car and close to the highway. Quiet place with comfortable rooms, good wi-fi, nice fitness room and wellness area (spa, pool and sauna) Nice breakfast in the morning I'm a loyal customer of this hotel

We were concerned when we saw how far out of town the hotel was, but when we got there the rooms were first rate and the staff were helpful and friendly (if a bit difficult to track down at times). The gym and spa services looked amazing, though we didn't get to use them. We'd gladly stay there again.

Very nice stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room which was very nice but the shower in the bathroom might have been slightly better. The beds are very comfortable. The service was excellent. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was great, highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was looking good but we were given a small attic room which was nothing like the photos for the room type that we booked. It was still good but this ruined the otherwise good first impression. The hotel is still being built and it is partially a construction site.

Dieses Hotel etwas Außerhalb von Zagreb ist ein wahrer Traum. Die Leute sind mega zuvorkommend, die Hotels einfach nur so, wie es sein muss. Sogar den Spabereich haben sie, obwohl er eigentlich erst ab 15 Uhr geöffnet ist für uns bereits um 9 Uhr aufgemacht. Zimmer super sauber, klimatisiert, viele deutsche Fernsehsender, super schnelles Internet und es gab sogar einen Welcome Champagner! Frühstück top! Besser geht's nicht!

The Hotel Phoenix has big plans for an entire area in Zagreb..and they are on their way to making it happen. We found the hotel easily and enjoyed the room, the staff and the spa (which is included free). The spa has an endless pool for swimming, a massaging Jacuzzi, and a sauna. There is a fee for the Tanning bed. The breakfast was a "cook-to-order" meal and was fabulous. The staff could not have ben better and more kind. We also chose to eat dinner at the hotel the day of our arrival and were served so well by the waiter and the food was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel

Wonderful hotel. It's located quite far from Zagreb city centre, but if you have a car, it doesn´t matter. Just a short distance away from hotel you can find a big supermarket and restaurants. The hotels environment and frontage might give the wrong impression, but hotel inside is very gorgerous. In fact I liked the enviroinment very much because it has a bit like East-European feeling :) But in the hotel you can enjoy luxury and nice decor. It was very quiet here and there were not much customers. The breakfast was great and the staff was very very kind and lovely! I liked them so much. I always got free ice cubes in huge bowl from bar any time of the day and night. I stayed "Romantic Deluxe"-room and it was very clean and great. There were a whirlpool bath! The free swimming pool area was very cool and lyrical. I stayed 3 nights and went see the rest of Croatia. However, I wanted to come back for one night in the hotel before I returned home. Then we got again "Romantic Deluxe" -room, but it was smaller and there were not a whirlpool bath. It was goo room too, but there were differences between similar priced rooms. Anyway I recommend this hotel :) I absolutely fell in love with it!
