This hotel offers basic service with a good price. This hotel has a comfortable condition with air conditioning, a fridge and tea maker. The rooms facilities are also adequate, it was very convenient and quiet. The room has the basic equipment and amenities needed for a cheap place to stay, even the rooms with AC, fridge and tea making.

Good points the owner was very pleasant, the bathrooms very clean. Bad points are cleanliness of the room. Also, it kind of bothers us that the family had personal stuff in the closets.

We stayed here for 2 nights near the beginning of August. It is well located, an easy walk from the palace and the river. They were very friendly and gave good recommendations of what to see and helped us find these places on the map they provided. We had a private bath in our room and the only disadvantage was that the shower curtain didn't go all the way across the shower as the ceiling was at an angle and this caused us to soak the bathroom.

I would be happy to stay there again. In a good area, this lodging is reasonably priced. Within 10 to 15 minutes' walk of Split's bus stop, ferry terminal, and other main tourist sites. When I first checked in, the proprietor gave me useful information about local sights and restaurants. I had a private room with a shared bathroom. Because I was usually out first thing in the morning and back late in the evening, I rarely observed other visitors. The curtain made of a gauze-like material, which was the only thing I didn't like about the apartment. Since the apartment was next to the road, I had to change rooms. Light sleepers might encounter difficulties with noise. It was acceptable to me. If you want to leave or get your luggage after 1100 a.m., you will be charged kuna. I left mine in one of the areas opposite the ferry terminal for the whole day for kuna fees.

The employees are really friendly. The location is close to everywhere. A few minutes to the beach, the clubs, and the city center where you can shop.
