We have a wonderful experience when staying at this hotel. Our 25-member group of 25 was here for 6 days on a learning trip from the united states and had a great experience at the hotel. The location is great for sightseeing trips and education trips. Special thanks to the staff, especially Jose, who took excellent care of our large group during brunch time. We appreciate it, and we will recommend the spa.

Lokasi hotel berada di tengah kota Hanoi dan memiliki pemandangan laut yang sangat indah. Di depan hotel- Hotel terdapat supermarket. Tentu hal ini sangat berbeda dengan yang ada di Indonesia. Untuk kamar dan pelayanannya sangat baik, namun internetnya tidak terlalu cepat.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who enjoy walking and jogging and also with a beautiful church directly across the street. They provide so many amenities but the place is not clean, especially for the room that is really comfy and is very clean, and also have a big breakfast buffet. They have fantastic staff who are well trained and attentive.

They made you feel welcome from the moment you called reception on arrival. They provide a very personalized service and care about you as a guest. Service in the restaurants is excellent, I was treated very well by Carlos at breakfast and all the people serving us there, five star plus thanks, many at the scale and Tamara in the cafeteria. They make every effort to make you feel well, the rooms are large and nicely decorated, very clean, and everyone at the hotel is very friendly and happy to help you and guide you. Excellent, thanks to everyone who made my stay so wonderful.

I highly recommend it. We sat at terrace oro during a crucial meeting. First, a very nice location for a meeting and getting agreements. Second, even though their English isn't the best and they need more training, the servers are nice and can handle any situation well.

Very suitable for visitors who want to get a good sleep while having a good sleep, the staff was very courteous and attentive. The location is very strategic, the service was very nice, and the variety for breakfast was very varied. Even from the conference room, the view of the city is incredible. Do not forget to visit the terrace in the room for a drink or a cup of coffee.
