This was my third stay in Los Delfines, and I found the hotel to be unkempt than usual, with a lot of cuban tourists dotted among the primarily Canadian clientele. There are no Russians to be seen. I was given a room in the same building as the lobby room 235, which was wonderful. There was a to with many English channels, air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a wonderful view from the balcony. The meals are spartan, but as I don't love food, they were okay with me. I never waited in line for an omelet or grilled meat. Drinks were plentiful and on tap. The beach is still stunning. The performance was fantastic. The staff is fantastic. The weather was excellent for the entire week and once during the night. Do I mention week, or did I mention 8 days because my sunning flight back to canada was canceled and I received an extra day at no extra charge. I was not complaining. In fact, if anyone reading this is searching for complaints, you will not find them here. If you want to book a luxury hotel with gourmet meals, go elsewhere. Overall, a terrific stay at a hotel that Id certainly suggest. All staff members were helpful, and the customer service was excellent. There was constant safety. The room had a balcony, a flat-screen, a refrigerator, a cold and steady air conditioner, hot showers, and a bidet. The food was adequate, we didn't know what to anticipate. If you like hot sauce, maple syrup, ketchup, mustard, relish, or peanut butter. Bring your own lol Many locals at the hotel were fine with us. To avoid the crowd, restaurant advice advises going there first when meals are served or 30 minutes before lunch is served to avoid crowd. We typically had dinner at nearby eateries. La Victoria right next door was our favorite. The biggest lobster tail at 650 pesos. Our favorite was La Victoria right next door. The largest pina color on island. If you want to exchange money, avoid a bank. Street transactions are preferable. Can $100 1us 140. Every morning, there is someone around the central park market. The smaller open market in central park offered the greatest shopping options without having to bargain hard. The principal hotel I got was the greatest deal I had ever come across. For tips, Canadians bring bags of u. I. 1 dollar. They dislike loonies, loonies. Dont be expensive by
