This hotel has a very pleasant and clean atmosphere. The service here is excellent. The room is very lovely and very clean as is the bathroom. Also, there are towels folded nicely with the shower kit on each side of the bed. The breakfast buffet is really good with varied menus.

Very enjoyable stay. Teresa the owner manager was very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and cool, and it has a small fridge and minibar. The room at the back has a great view of the castle and river. Breakfast was included and a good selection of items. At the start of our 4 night stay, there was a menu with new bread and pastries. Below is a restaurant and bar. We didn't get there but it was popular. I would stay there again.

The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable. We had a view of one of the most popular places to take pictures of the town. The bathroom was also well sized, but had a small drawback you couldn't get to the window to let fresh air in. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

One of the few hotels that has both air conditioning and fans. It's a good hotel, clean, facilities, and a great location. Breakfast needs some work but not too much to retrace our visit. Also dog friendly.

We had a great time at the Arcadia Hotel and are eager to return! I spent one night there in early January 2019 with my wife and my ten-year-old daughter. The location was advantageous for the hotel and partly because it provided rooms for three people. Our room had stylish, contemporary bathrooms, original ceiling beams, and an incredible view of the castle and river! Veronica, who checked us in, was incredibly pleasant and accommodating, giving us recommendations for dinner and a lower parking rate from the tourist information office. I believe that Teresa, the proprietor, was quite helpful and gave prompt responses when we wrote for advice on parking and bringing the vehicle around to unload. Early in the morning and late afternoon, you may bring a car into the historic district, only long enough to store it in the hotel. Parking is readily accessible within a 7-minute walk for roughly 10 euros daily, and we experienced no issues in the late afternoon and early morning availability. It may not be as simple at midnight. The cost included breakfast, which was delicious and had a variety of options, and while we didn't have time to try it, there is an onsite restaurant that serves traditional Czech cuisine and smells amazing!
