The personnel is unquestionably the friendliest of all! Despite Francis Palace not being a very grand hotel like some of the surrounding areas, we should still remain there. Fentiskovy lane is a charming, peaceful, and compact spa district. You will find a wide variety of German pensioners living in Germany. Francis Palace is a 15-minute stroll from the center of the city. Free parking is available and only monitored by cameras. On weekends, only the tiny pool and jacuzzi are accessible. A delicious surprise, delicious menu with high-quality ingredients was provided at the restaurant. The five-course dinner menu was excellent. While the wine selection is limited, you may purchase delectable moravian wines. The space was roomy and tidy. German channels are the primary source of information.

The hotel was designed for a spa stay and is at one of the city's exits, despite not being that far from the city and spa center. Parking is complimentary. 95 of its clients are very old Germans, so expect a quiet stay. There is only a restaurant, no cafe, no bar, and only four tables on the terrace, always occupied. Rooms are nice, spacious, but without air conditioning. Treatment is provided by the hotel and is generally of good quality. Swimming pool is very small. Wellness Weekend, 3 nights, inch. Some spa treatments, half board etc. The restaurants menu is not definitely of 4 star and the food is terrible. Banned is not open all weekend, so we could only enjoy it on Friday. Buffet breakfast is not very tasty but acceptable, dinner served as a 3 course menu is of poor quality and quantity, and the restaurant itself looks and functions more like a canteen. The shock came at 7 i. I. I. I. With a few appetizers leaving, the cook confirms that everything has been eaten. I said to the waitress and she said that the cook would bring something as a justification. The what he was cooking for breakfast was ham and cheese, we decided to leave this restaurant and never return. We had dinner outside the hotel for the following two nights.

As part of a promotional wellness program that included a carbon dioxide bath and an hour spent in a salt grotto for two, we stayed one night. While we had to pay to use the hotel parking lot, the offer offered unquestionably good value. At the southern end of the city, the hotel is within easy walking distance of the town. Our room was large, well-appointed, and with a wonderful bathroom, the hotel was immaculate. Both supper and brunch buffets were of high quality, and the staff was extremely friendly. In a very competitive market, it's encouraging to see investment in a relatively new, yet comfortable hotel. There were large numbers of German visitors who were well taken care of by highly trained personnel who could communicate fluent in German. The spa season officially opened on Saturday, and while the city was full, we only heard Czech and German. The town is enjoyable, and we will unquestionably suggest the hotel and the town to friends and family who live in the western part of both the czech republic and Germany.
