Ich hatte eine Operation nach der Entlassung hat man sich im Hotel um mich gekümmert egal was ich benötigte hat man mir besorgt es wurde auch ständig nachgefragt wie es mir geht und ob man etwas tun kann für mich . So ein Hotelpersonal habe ich noch nie erlebt .

Byli jsme v hotelu opravdu moc spokojení. Nejen, že je umístěný na příjemném místě, ale i hned i kolonády. Personál hotelu byl moc milý, pokoje krásné, čisté s výhledem do ulice. Snídaně chutné a s velkým výběrem. Celkový dojem z hotelu zkrátka velká spojenost.. Těšíme se na příští návštěvu.

The hotel has no parking the staff found me an off-site location quickly within a two minute walk. It was nice that the hotel keeps robes and sandals in the room for guests to use for free. Great breakfast buffet options with a la carte ordering of a hot dish.

Overall a great hotel and friendly staffs. We arrived late around 11 pm and had smooth check-in. Our room had a breathtaking view from the balcony, which is definitely a plus. Sauna, swimming pool and whirlpool are in great condition and clean, in which we had a relax time during our stay. Breakfast was tasty with various choices.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and town, we were greeted with a smile and welcome. Fast and friendly professional service. Breakfast was outstanding, both hot and cold selections. A very nice touch was the Christmas music that plays in the room, with option to turn off, I really enjoyed our stay for 3 days, our second visit. Great location to the Christmas market only a few min walk.

Wir haben zu zweit 3 Nächte in Karlsbad verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Leider gestaltete sich die Parkplatzsuche schwierig. Vor dem Haus ist es scheinbar nur Premiumgästen erlaubt zu parken und weitere Plätze sind nicht verfügbar. Wir haben uns dann für das Parkhaus am Hotel Thermal entschieden. Kostet ca. 10€ für 24h und ist maximal 5 min. fußläufig entfernt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der Wellnessbereich war schick, jedoch nicht übermäßig groß. Ist aber nicht schlimm, da es keinen großen Ansturm gab. Für die Sauna hätte ich mir noch einen einer mit Wasser für einen Aufguss gewünscht. Zu Fuß ist man in maximal 5-10min im Becherovkamuseum als auch in entgegengesetzter Richtung bei den Kollonaden und in der wunderschönen Innenstadt.

L'hotel molto carino, ottima colazione, ottima posizione. Personale cortese (soprattutto Denisa). L'unica osservazione negativa è che abbiamo prenotato 2 camere con vista sulla città mentre una camera dava su un cortile interno. Sarebbe opportuno rispettare quanto indicato nella prenotazione. Non esiste aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Everything was good in that hotel. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and tall, the bathroom is shinning. Perfect for some time away to rest. I went there in low season (in the middle of winter), so there was not so much people around and that, maybe, changed my view of the hotel. We used the SPA services of the hotel (pool, whirlpool, massage) and it looked like it was only for us. I really don't know how it works on summer, but in winter worth the visit. The only problem is the parking. you can park in front of the hotel at your own risk, because you need special permission to do so. We needed to go to other hotel (in front) to ask to use their parking.

We only stayed one night at the Hotel Venetian, but we had a good night's sleep. The room was of the standard size, clean, nice big bed, comfortable mattress, and had all the necessary amenities. The sink in the bathroom had weird, small marks on it. It seemed like something hot had at some point came out and burned the sink's surface and was thinking it had something to do with the hot springs. We could not enjoy the breakfast because we left very early before breakfast starts at 7 am. The front desk staff were friendly, though English could have been better. However, since most of the tourists in Karlburg differ in language, I understand that those languages will have a better chance than English at this resort. The hotel is in the city center, making it very difficult to get there by car. We had to park around 20 minutes walking distance.

I went to the spa health center there. The staff spoke enough Russian and English, which made us comfortable. There is a good selection of delicious meals. Cleanliness and organization are present in the facilities. I personally think that ten minutes of late treatment without the rule is perfect because I do not think anyone enjoys waiting an hour after someone late. If you can't make it you can postpone your appointment in advance. All levels have strong internet. Restaurants and tour companies are within walking distance of 510.

Our second time in Karlovy Varie and our first at the venus spa hotel, but we will definitely stay there again next year. First and foremost, because it is on a central but quiet street, very close to mineral water springs and all shopping and walking areas. The spa center is contemporary, wellequipped, and very clean, and the treatments were excellent. My special thanks go to miroslava, a massage therapist, and wanna provide electrotherapy treatments. Our room wasn't huge, but it was warm, tidy, comfortable, and had a great view from the balcony. The front best employees, especially Pani wanna and Denise, were constantly quite helpful and pleasant. Both the food and service at the inhouse restaurant were excellent! Every day there was a wide variety of meals, pastry, fruit, and vegetables to suit all tastes. Overall, our winter vacation in Karlovy Varies was absolutely relaxing and healing owing to the venus spa hotel staff and management.

We took a taxi from the station to the hotel and were charged an outrageous amount. Get the hotel to send you a taxi to collect it. The price of our return taxi was one fifth as the hotel is so central and convenient for tourists. The room was adequate, but there was no coffee machine. The statements stating that you must pay to use the pool and hot tub were contradictory. The pool water is too cold to use in the winter. Breakfast was subpar. No bacon, no toast, and generally nothing thrilling. Food of a low-cost budget. Our visit was nice, but we were probably comparing our hotel to prague service and amenities, which are much superior.
