Breakfast was offered daily and cooked fresh. The stap was very friendly and helpful. They made sure my wife and i were well taken care of. I would absolutely stay again. The even drove us to the airport upon request. The view of the piromids from the lobby balcony is breathtaking. Its always open and so nice to just sit and see it. I was very happy. thank you!

Very good service also very good trips arranged by the hotel. No problem in getting uber or arranging custom trips with the hotel. Highly recommended to book the rooms with the view to the pyramids.

The rooms were very clean, big common aria and the breakfast with a view of the pyramids, the staff were very helpful and 24 hours available, . I definitely recommend this place.

Incluso los detalles más pequeños fueron apreciados, y arreglaron un itinerario completo que se adaptó a mis necesidades. All staff is extremely friendly, helpful and resourceful. We arrived 3 in the morning with delay and the Abdallah was there to pick us up, Zuma had the greatest suggestions, Ahmet despite the fact he was fried, gave us all the pefect solutions and offers before arrival. We were there with our kid and felt super safe and amazingly hosted. Absolutely the right spot to settle and charge yourself before and durimg the pyramids madness. Bravo guys and girls!

We arrived at 5:00 am and they let us stay even if the check in was later. They were super nice and cool, very polite and friendly. We felt really good at all times. Breakfast was very good as well!! Also they have a killer view of the Pyramids:)

Mi experiencia en este hotel en Guiza fue maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, el personal fue extremadamente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarme en todo lo que necesitaba, lo cual hizo mi estancia muy cómoda y agradable. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y completo, ideal para comenzar el día con energía. Lo que realmente hizo que mi estancia fuera especial fue la vista directa a las Pirámides de Guiza. Poder contemplar el amanecer y el atardecer desde el hotel fue algo mágico, una experiencia única que recordaré siempre. Recomiendo este hotel a todos los que quieran disfrutar de una estancia tranquila y con unas vistas espectaculares en Guiza.

The hotel is owned and operated by a group of highly professional individuals who demonstrate exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for what they do. Their experience clearly shows in the way they care for their guests and ensure everyone feels welcome. No hicieron la habitación, no cambiaron toallas, tuve que salir en la noche a pedir toallas secas. El calentador no alcanza para el baño de tres personas en la regadera. La ubicación es terrible, inaccesible para transporte.
