I noticed the cleanliness immediately upon arrival. Everything looked fresh and tidy. Room service was done properly. The hotel is located in a prime area. Easy access to public transport. This is an excellent hotel in the middle of origional cairo. Buildings in this area are quite old and sometimes nasty. This is not the case here. The building was remodelled nicely, and the facilities are quite good. One has to manage expectations here because this is a historic area of the city and the buildings typically lack what you might expect in newely built hotels. This building probably was built in the 1800s. Location is wonderful. Off of a main street which gives the rooms quitness and ability to rest at night. Im writing this review after my fourth stay at the hotel over a period of 5 years. The quality of the services qnd rooms stayed the same. Good overall without issues. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Accomodating for all your requests. Their airport transport is very reliable. Highly recomend Valencia to anybodybvisiting cairo for whatever purpose.
