I had a great experience at Citybox during my weekend in Estonia. The room provided exactly what I needed: a pleasant, modern, and quiet environment to rest after spending the entire day walking around Tallinn. The bathroom was excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean. Furthermore, the value for money is incredible considering the quality of the facilities. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Even though we booked a Small Double Room, it never felt cramped. The room was very well designed, with high ceilings and smart use of space, making it feel much larger than expected. The entire hotel has a modern, thoughtful design that reflects how people actually travel today. We especially appreciated the shared kitchen and lounge area, where guests could heat their own food, buy snacks or coffee, and simply relax. It created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, fresh and well maintained. The common areas were stylish, comfortable and inviting, and there was a nice mix of guests, including families, business travellers, solo travellers and older couples, which gave the hotel a relaxed and friendly vibe. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of both the Old Town and the harbour. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tallinn.

If you are not familiar with the Citybox hotel chain, like I wasn't, you will be surprised by their extremely lean structure and staff. Having said that, I don't think their obsession with efficiency caused any problems with our stay. Checking in and out is extremely fast and easy, the communal kitchen is convenient and clean, the few staff members we came across were very friendly and helpful, and the premises were brand new. Rooms were initially clean and functional (although not cleaned again for any of the other 5 nights we spent there). The lack of a TV in our room wasn't particularly a big deal, but including separate hygiene products for hair and body, as well as a hair conditioner, would have been great. The particular location was great for us because it was close enough to the old city and the port.

Loved the hotel. It has a very easy self check-in and self checkout computer system while maintaining 24-hour staffed desk. I personally liked the location. An Uber to the Baltic Train Station was only like 5 euros. Could have walked but it was raining. My room didn't have a TV but there were three TVs in the floor's common areas and was able to watch several World Cup matches there.

Comfortable self-service hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to Tallink terminal and 5 minutes into the old city. Baggage drop off was simple, so was check in and check out. Very quiet area - good for a good night’s sleep.
