This is a bare bones experience, the room was clean and quiet with a good location, as long as you don't go in with the idea of a full service hotel you will be happy with the stay

Super Clean, super Central, very minimalistic but spacious with everything you need, Coffee Machine, dishes incl. dish soap, super friendly and efficient customer Service when wanted to extend my stay! It was the second time I used this Apartment and maybe the fith time with Forenom.

Excellent hébergement, grand et tout ce dont vous avez besoin, seul hic la communication avez l'établissement qui est contacless, ils m'ont envoyé le code de la consigne à bagage à midi alors que j'en avais besoin avant et j'ai du la payé ailleurs alors qu'il aurait pu l'envoyer avant, autre point négatif la climatisation centrale bruyante donc les gens sensibles aux bruits ne la toleroront pas.

I absolutely love these apartments and this is the second time that I have stayed here. On the day I arrived I received a text telling me which room I was staying in along with a code to access the building. I was in room 906 which is on the top floor. These apartments are so secure that you have to put the code in at the front gate if it is locked, the front door to gain access then the door leading to the corridor that your room is on and finally to get into the room. So no one can keep walk in off the street so to speak. It is on a great location with a K Market across the road and just a 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre. There is plenty of cafes around the apartments and I recommend the Heritage Cafe their hot chocolate is amazing and they also have a good selection of pastries. The trams are also near with the 7T and the number 9 stopping just around the corner. There is weekly cleaning of your room and you get a clean set of towels. I would stay here again the next time I go to Helsinki.

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal – sowohl vom Hauptbahnhof als auch vom Busbahnhof ist das Hotel gut erreichbar. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm macht. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es im Hotel angenehm ruhig, sodass ich sehr gut entspannen konnte. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß, was ein schönes Gefühl von Freiraum vermittelt hat. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass es einen Kühlschrank gab und man sich direkt im Zimmer Getränke zubereiten konnte – ein echter Komfortfaktor. Das Badezimmer war sauber, der Wasserdruck ausgezeichnet, und die Aussicht über die Dächer von Helsinki war ein echtes Highlight. Auch organisatorisch lief alles reibungslos: Der kontaktlose Check-In funktionierte einwandfrei – ich erhielt meinen Türcode pünktlich und wusste genau, was zu tun ist. Besonders hilfreich fand ich, dass ich den Gepäckraum bereits vor dem Check-In nutzen konnte. Das WLAN funktionierte während des gesamten Aufenthalts problemlos. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gestimmt – angesichts der zentralen Lage und der Zimmergröße absolut fair.
