We reserved this hotel for a night stay in part because of its good reviews and proximity to the train station. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable, tidy, and well-equipped room, especially considering the price we paid. It was also surprisingly quiet. The receptionist looked after our luggage as we were walking around the city in the morning before taking an afternoon train. We thought the hotel was of excellent value and would happily stay again if we returned to the city.

Only one night, we spent here. The room was small, but it had everything we needed. The beds were cozy. The room was tidy. It had closets and small table chairs. The only minor drawback was that the area in the bathroom ceiling where the smoke alarm used to be covered in dust. Everything was fine, aside from that. Breakfast in the morning was also excellent.

This trip was very disappointing and expensive. The staff at this hotel, Albert Elisabeth, is very competent, courteous, and knowledgeable. The situation here is in the worst situation. The room is also awful with the dirty carpet. I was given a towed room, only one bed was a sofa bed. The bed and sofa bed were open, so I only had very little room to get into bed. The bathroom needs renovation, although clean. But the other things are a very disappointing and costly experience. I have to climb several stairs to get to the front desk. Although the picture says it can only accommodate 1 person with one suitcase, two maximum. The elevator can only accommodate 1 person.

This is an amazing small hotel. We booked this place because of the easy street parking. The employee is very friendly and helpful to our children, the place is also very good and has a beautiful hotel. We will come back here again and hope to have another wonderful visit.

Elbert Elisabeth and the four stars is a perfect budget hotel that is convenient, clean, cozy, and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but delicious. On the last day they were happy to take care of my luggage because I had a later flight, so I can visit the town.
