One night stopover with two small children. Arrived late notified in advance and late check in process was simple and well communicated. No lift. Helpful check out staff. Clean and comfortable connecting room and lots of parking. Good value for a simple stopover.

We found this place had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy and the price was good. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that. The wireless and shower were good. Overall good value and we'd stay here again.

We reserved 2 nights at the hotel after a nice week of boating on the river mouse. I can tell there were only 2 other rooms occupied, but I can see that the hotel caters primarily to business customers, so the weekends are expected to be peaceful. Our room 10 was clean, but the place was a little shabby and in need of some care. Our blanket had a very visible hole, and the shower cabinet was old and extremely stained. On the plus side, we had a great night's sleep and the center of arras was only a very short drive away and was lovely and friendly, with several bars and restaurants on the grand place and the place des hero.

The staff was so caring and professional. The rooms were very comfortable with comfortable beds and showers. Even though the place is only 5 minutes drive from Arras city center. The city is also very nice and has a wide variety of restaurants and bars. We also forgot our daughter's unicorn teddy bear. Then when we arrived in Amsterdam they sent us a unicorn back along with a card with a nice message.

The location is in an industrial complex. The walls are very thin, so don't talk too loud and be cautious with the volume. It's worth the money and there's corner cutting. The reception does not turn on after 2100 with security keypad entry. There are better affordable hotels in town. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, but this chain was also the original brand for me. I stayed as a group on a battlefield tour and was the perfect base. Where to start the bed comfortable, slightly lumpy pillows, and the shower is hot and powerful but not adjustable for height. This place needs a lot of maintenance because it is just very tired and smoky. There are better affordable hotels in the city.

Arrived out of hours - booking in- instructions on the kiosk where precise & clear. Room was clean & tidy- breakfast was ample with all the usual B&B servings after a good nights sleep.

Chambre familiale assez grande, par contre beaucoup de poussières, du savon qui avait coulé partout dans la salle de bain, et la pote de la douche qui fermait très mal. Apres pour 100€ pour 5 les lits étaient confortable, pas de mauvaises odeurs, donc rapport qualité prix acceptable

We arrived relatively late and only just managed to get a room key (by luck, passing a member of staff as they were leaving). We were told we should have been sent a code to get our key, but we had not been. Beyond that slight panic, room (family room - double + 3x singles) was functional and did the job for an overnight stopover. Mattresses very comfortable and got a good night's sleep. No frills, cheap place to stay. Not recommended for a longer visit!
