I had a project I was finishing and I was traveling the area alone. I was greeted and given a full tour of the cave which is on the back of the property. After that supper, which was a delightfully prepared meal by the hostess. Dinner was delicious and the whole stay was really enjoyable. Unfortunately, I was unable to remain long enough to try the spa and massage. I wholeheartedly recommend this location! Avoid the rps if you're coming here, it'll take you in the opposite direction.

When we passed through some of the backroads between nylons and miracle aux balconies, we just came upon provensol. When we arrived at the house, dominique mentioned that they werent actually open, but she arranged for us to come. Emmanuel, their son, was able to arrange a tasting for us following a quick tour of her expansive yard! The wines were excellent, and dominique led us on a tour of the five superbly appointed rooms with bathrooms. All with breathtaking views of the fields and surrounding countryside. While we didnt remain in provensol, we made arrangements to go back later that week for a private meal because it was one of our partys birthday. Dinner was served in the tasting cave a few days later. All of the food was prepared by Dominique, and it was fantastic. Fresh baguette with anchovy butter, olives, and soupe au pistol, a four bean and vegetable soup that was served in a gorgeous image tureen. Wild boar meat with potatoes and celery was our entree. Fantastic. Each dish was served with a wonderful pairing of wines. A platter of cheese was a wonderful break before a chocolate, date, and almond tarte dessert. Dominique was a charming, engaging hostess, and her culinary abilities were impressive. I heartily suggest provensol for dining just ask dominique what she can

The location is wonderful and beautiful, the rooms and furnishings are stylish and of high quality, and the breakfast was wonderful with homemade jams and grapes from the area and the scenery was beautiful.

The calm and view from under the trees on the natural balcony on the day is great. The rooms, bathrooms, dining and lounge rooms are amazing and tastefully decorated. The meals were great and to top it off everything was washed down with yummy wine made right on the premises!.

This French gem has a wonderful setting amid mountainside vineyards. It is a renovated stone mansion with a small courtyard and a true provincial ambiance. On the site, grapes grown around the property are pressed to make its own excellent wines. The rooms are of a high standard, and the welcoming and warmhearted Thai hostess is extremely friendly and cooks the most delectable home cooked breakfast and dinner which is served under the trees in the company of the hosts themselves. You will literarily find yourself at home here.
