Tout a été parfait dans ce superbe hotel atypique et impressionant d'élégance. Le personnel est très accueillant, attentioné et très disponible. Le confort est garantit et le restaurant est juste fabubeux avec des plats très savoureux ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel de cuisine est même disponible pour si besoin d'un plat particulier. Je conseille fortement et sans hésitation.

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour à l’Hôtel Louvre Lens. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès mon arrivée, avec un personnel souriant, disponible et attentif aux besoins des clients. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. La literie de qualité m’a permis de passer d’excellentes nuits dans un environnement calme et reposant. Les espaces communs sont également très propres et bien aménagés. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, notamment pour visiter le Louvre-Lens et découvrir la ville de Lens. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, copieux et composé de produits de qualité. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne recherchant confort, propreté et excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage dans la région.

Nous venions avec nos 2 petits chiens et avons eu l’agréable surprise de trouver des gamelles d’eau et des coussins pour eux dans la chambre en arrivant, le genre de petite attention qui fait plaisir. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien isolées et l’hôtel dispose de plusieurs espaces extérieurs et intérieurs propices à la détente. Il est très bien situé proche du Louvre Lens et du stade. Le petit déjeuner est très bon (grande variété de produits). Tout le personnel est au top. Nous reviendrons.

Stayed here while visiting Canadian National Vimy Memorial and other Canadian WWI sites, and the location was absolutely ideal. The staff were incredibly helpful, the hotel was very clean, and dinner was excellent. Having Louvre-Lens just across the street was an added bonus. There was also ample free parking, which made exploring the area by car very easy. The continental breakfast was decent, though my expectations may have been a little too high after such a fantastic meal the night before.

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé. le personnel de l'hôtel est réactif et au petit soin. La chambre était très propre, bien aménégé et décoré avec gout alliant le côté industriel et une touche moderne rendant la chambre cosy et accueillante. Le SPA est nickel. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était fabuleux et très complet. le rapport qualité/prix est très correct. Je recommande

Établissement très bien aménagé, à proximité du Louvre et du stade de foot. L'excellence se retrouve à tous les niveaux, que ce soit le personnel, la propreté, la décoration ou les aménagements des lieux communs. Le petit déjeuner est de très haut niveau. D'une variété et d'une que l'on ne trouve que dans les établissements de luxe. Le seul point à revoir est la répartition des surfaces dans la chambre. La salle d'eau est démesuré par rapport au reste où il n' est pas possible de faire le tour du lit sans se contorsionner. Pour le reste rien à redire.
