I've stayed at the hotel mont blanc a few times. It is conveniently located in the city for everything you need to do. It is well-kept, and the front desk and service staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful. We usually visit in September, when it can still be warm, so we had them replace the feather beds with top sheets and lighter blankets. The hotel is spotless. There is a spa and pool with lounge chairs, outdoor seating to read a book or eat lunch, and an indoor restaurant and bar. However, reserve early as this hotel fills quickly. We prefer to book a room with a view of Mont Blanc, but you have to pay for that. There is nothing more satisfying than waking up and walking out onto your balcony with that view.

We stayed three nights at this very elegant, high-end hotel. The personnel is undoubtedly the distinguishing characteristic. They were always very kind, courteous, and helpful. Parking is available. The location is fantastic, only a block from Chamois' main street. The daily breakfast buffet is excellent. One evening we enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, it's expensive, but both the meal and the service were excellent. We had just a standard room, which was tiny and I must say badly designed in many aspects. The toilet room door, closet door, and bathroom entrance all intersect in the same space, as one example. But the bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities are excellent. That quirk aside, and other comments, it's confined to the standard room, and perhaps those on the top floor, our stay was truly enjoyable. Once more, the staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel, I will definitely return there. They gave me a letter to get an item I forgot at the hotel and they also reset our car service from the airport and all our dinner reservations. The rooms are lovely and the personnel are kind. Also, you can walk to downtown for restaurants or hiking.

What a lovely hotel! We loved the combination of antique, charming design and modern rooms. The service was among the best we have had in France. We were there to bomb, and the staff tracked our daughter's race and sent good luck and congratulations notes. They provided ice as needed, assisted in the finding of lost luggage, and were just as kind as could be. The restaurant had delicious cuisine and we loved relaxing on the lawn in the evenings.
