Hôtel vraiment simple. Pas de douchette ni tuyau. Pas d'ascenseur évidemment mais personnel sympathique et quartier génial. Bien desservi.

Arrivée à L’hôtel le 18 juin à 17h00. Pas de carte présentant l'hotel avec adresse internet, téléphone, consignes... et pas de petit déjeuner en fait. La personne à l'accueil ne dispose d'aucun matériel informatique pour gérer mon dossier. Quand je donne mon nom, elle téléphone à quelqu'un pour avoir des informations (je comprendrai plus tard qu'il s'agit de Mme D…) si j'ai bien réservé ; je suis ainsi identifié et on me donne la clé de la chambre 5. Je vais dans cette chambre 5 et constate une situation générale dégradée : sécurité dont électricité non conforme, pas de douche, pas de serviette, carrelage au sol très fendillé, sanitaires sommaires... Je retourne immédiatement à l'accueil avec ma fiche de réservation imprimée spécifiant "douche privée". A nouveau, la personne de l'accueil appelle Mme D… avec qui j'ai pu converser en direct : c'est la plate-forme de réservation qui a fait une erreur, l'hôtel ne peut rien faire, aucune autre chambre disponible, aucune solution ni excuse ! Bref, dialogue non professionnel. Ce n'est pas un hôtel. C'est indigne. Je n'ai jamais vu cela. Et je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit tellement je me sentais en insécurité. Jamais je n'y retournerai. Au minimum, je souhaite que vous enquêtiez sur cet établissement. J'ai des photos à votre disposition très explicites. Et j'apprécierai un geste commercial de votre part.

I left the hotel just after one night there, the security is not the best, the staff is so noisy, I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t give me anything, anyway, its and old dirty place, wouldn’t recommend, only if you are on a very low budget the area is good but not so much for the experience there, the rooms are tiny, the stairs is difficult to take if you carry a big luggage almost fell, there is no space at all in the room also.
