As an Englishman living in a nice country, I have been very fortunate to have seen a lot of beautiful Frances countryside, and this recent road trip was nothing short of spectacular! We turned a corner as nightfall was approaching, and this lovely little hotel caught our attention. The scenery was spectacular, our room was excellent, our meal was delicious, and our hostess was courteous and helpful. I would be disappointed if this charming hotel closed by the time I was about to return to this area!

The hotel le Parisisian was a wonderful and relaxing place to spend a week! The family-run motel is run by a very pleasant and knowledgeable staff who welcome you and are happy to share their knowledge of the area. Personal service is expected of everyone and quickly makes one feel at home. The delicately arranged rooms are clean, with lots of natural light and we had a beautiful view of the Tarn River. Interior design and decor in general are executed with impeccable taste. The lovely art work around the house really impressed us! Every evening on every night, we chose to eat at the hotel's own restaurant because the menu changes daily and the chef uses fresh locally produced products and creates menus we didn't want to miss. Of course, the kind and efficient service was also one of our reasons. The small terrace below deck and peaceful garden areas for hotel guests are lovely places to play board games, read a book, and enjoy a fresher afternoon siesta. Les vines is a fantastic starting point to explore the region on foot on hiking trails or canoe down the gorges du tarn. Or ride a bike to explore the numerous landscapes in the valley or the surrounding plateaus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel, which has excellent staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

We reserved two rooms here while going to beers. The hotel is a lovely spot to stay in the village of Le Vins. The room was neat, modern, and had a comfy bed, which overlooked the beautiful river that traverses the gorge. We also had dinner, which we found to be excellent value for the money. The menu changes with the season, and we had beautiful fresh trout on our visit! The hotel is located on the outskirts of the village, making it incredibly peaceful and calm, particularly with a view of the river. All the employees spoke a little English even though we couldn't speak French. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

When we went hiking from La Malone to Les Vins, we ended up staying here for the night. During this newly renovated stay, my parents stayed in room number 2 with a wonderful view of the trade river. The furnishings are plain yet tastefully decorated and clean. We had dinner at the same hotel. 22 for a three-course meal. Menus can change depending on the availability of the produce. The trout was very good prepared and from a local region. The ice cream dessert and meringue perfectly suited the nice evening. The butter and preserves were all prepared in the hotel itself for breakfast. A wonderful touch of the authentic. I thought the room and dinner money were well spent.

I and four friends went on a motorcycle trip, stopping at the villa bridge and surrounding area, and so we stayed here for two nights. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly, you feel at ease when you arrive and catch trout in the local river. If you just pass through, or jog, this is an amazing place to stay. The scenery is breathtaking, the staff is friendly and the food is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel, have fun!
