In October 2021, we returned twice. Although we were able to locate the satnav to take us down oneway streets, it was difficult to locate it. Excellent centralized location allows you to stroll through the old town following the hotel map and directing yourself. An enjoyable visit. We declined one room on the first visit because there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but the alternative room was adequate. We reserved twin beds, but I agree with a prior report that they are double beds in every respect. Brunch was excellent on both occasions. Since a few restaurants were open on a Sunday night in late October, we had an evening meal on our second visit, but it wasnt very memorable, and the price for a subpar bottle of wine was pricey. We also had the same issue with the restrooms smell, and the toilet didnt flush very well, on our second visit. We met another person who was having the same issue at checkout. I hope theyve fixed it now. Parking was not a problem in October, but I can imagine how challenging it would be during the busy season. We had lunch at La Purda Pole from several sources, which we particularly enjoyed. Overall, a mixed bag, some good and some not excellent.

The service provided by our favorite hotel blew us away. Due to our original plan, we had to travel back two days. Unfortunately, the ibis in sources was completely booked. Nonetheless, Sharon, the hotel receptionist, went above and beyond to assist us online and via email. She called other hotels to see if they had any vacant spots and eventually, after a cancellation, was able to make us secure our room. We were on our way from the pyrenean. We were extremely pleased with the service. Shannon, thank you once more. You were an absolute star!.

This hotel is not a style, but a good, tidy, comfortable hotel in a quiet location, very close to the heart of this historic city. The location is close to the sites and very easy to park. The staff are courteous. The breakfast is typical of an ibis, but good and well-served. The rooms are clean and simple. The personnel was courteous.
