The property's reception opening hours are:- Sunday to Friday: 9:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 (During the summer)- Sunday to Friday: 9:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 (During the winter)- Saturday: 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 (During the winter)The reception is closed on Wednesdays.Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that the city tax is to be paid upon arrival on site.Additional charge for optional services to be paid on site as follows: - Baby bed: EUR 15 per week- Baby high chair: EUR 5 per week- Baby bed + baby high chair kit: EUR 25 per week.Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 39 per week, per pet.Guests can rent bed linen and towels at the property for an additional charge or bring their own.The charges for bed linen and towels are as follows:Bed linen: EUR 9 per personTowels: EUR 9 per personPlease note that the TV is available at an extra cost. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out.Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Alternatively, a fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.
