Yes, even if I feel like I'm coming back in time to the 1950 s, I actually adored it. The location is easy to find if you follow the signs to the gate, parking is not an issue and the town is a 15 minute walk away.

Last week, my husband and I spent one night here on the way back from Southern Spain. I hadn't anticipated what to anticipate after contacting the host to ask if there was air conditioning because the weather was so hot. I had also requested extra pillows and, if possible, an iron from the host, so the host suggested we might want to consider staying in a bigger hotel. Because hers was a modest, family-run hotel and was unable to offer any of this, she informed me that I might be more at ease staying somewhere a little more luxurious. I was fairly limited in my options without paying more than I wanted for only a night due to my pet allergy and this hotel did not allow pets. When we got there, the host led me to a tiny chalet-style room strewn across a quirky, slightly overgrown but nevertheless stunning yard. She had given us additional pillows and in broken English told me there was a tiny shower in the corner of the room and a toilet just outside the door. Although there would be a sink in the room, this was a pleasant surprise given that the advertisement claimed that the person would have a sink in the room but would share a shower and toilet. The room, decor, bedding, and furnishings were incredibly simple but tidy and cozy. For just 8 euros total in the morning, we chose to buy brunch of a croissant with

When you arrive, youll be back in a foreign country. Its basic but clean, has a pleasant atmosphere, and good beds. That was all we needed for our brief stay. If you have a small space in their garden, a small patio with lots of geranium flower pots hanging on the wall welcomes you. A French breakfast served in the mothers kitchen table. A wellkept, oldfashioned, little homey location. It still exists and I hope it will always be.

We had to stop for a night when we were driving to Spain and were tired so we decided on a budget but there's budget and it was clean enough. The shower was very small and couldn't bend to pick up the soap I dropped because there was no place to put it and you had to hold the shower head in one hand and try and soap yourself with the other hand. It's very basic but the lady of the house was very nice but you back in the 60 s with the decor.
