My husband and I were only staying one night in the novel. The room we received was incredible, we booked a beachfront queen room and they must have upgraded us to a king suite. Absolutely stunning, everything was spacious, clean and modern. Luxurious bed. Simply gorgeous stay. We were so thankful for the upgrade.

The location is good, they provide a safe and secure environment. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The food is of good quality, and the customer care is appreciated. They give good service, like recognizing how pleasant the stay is and how friendly the guests are. I would recommend it to friends and family.

We have stayed at novel in Wollongong numerous times, but this time it was the finest! We were very pleased with the food, staff, room, and amenities. Nothing was too difficult for the staff, they were incredibly nice and attentive. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, we had the best stake we had ever eaten, and we had a great time relaxing before dinner in the bar. I appreciate you for a wonderful stay.

I would not stay here again. The price isn't worth it. We changed rooms as there's a mold smell in the room. The air conditioner in the next room was so cold. It was very frustrating to wait for the technician to fix it. Bed was uncomfortable. However, all employees were very friendly.
