This is an excellent experience. On Sunday at 630 am, we came to pierrefonds. Interestingly, almost all restaurants were closed. The hotel beacon eatery was open. We had the option of having dinner either indoors or outdoors on the lakeside terrace. Since there was no nice view from their terrace, we chose the indoor room. We had the dish of the day, a lamb piece with boiled legs called Sours dagneau, which was wonderful. Then, we enjoyed the tiramisu with red fruits, which we all loved. The service was excellent, and the staff was kind and relaxed.

We will never go back to this place. My friends and I chose this hotel because it was close to the castle so we wanted to stay in pierrefonds to see the Château de pierrefonds. The service we received there was exceptional. We are highly recommended for service alone. On the second day, we were trying to get to Paris but had no car and no car service was available. The team there went above and beyond to get us a taxi and safely take us to our next destination. It was the ideal location, service, and experience.

I stayed here on my way down to bordeaux. I'm glad we did because we booked this place on a whim. Although there are a few parking spots down the road, it's worth the effort. The accommodations are excellent as is the breakfast, but what's best about this hotel are the views and restaurant! The view across the lake to the château and supper al fresco on the lakeside were both fantastic. Good cuisine, great wine, and nice company. Recommended.

We were in Camerlot, mommy! That's what our 3-year-old said. And she was right. A tiny village with romantic architecture dwarfed by the magnificent Castle of pierrefonds. Our hotel room is amazing. I am in bed reading this review from the room itself. You see, I can sleep tonight because this room has a double bed and a single bed for my toddler. And the single bed has been separated from the rest of the room. This means my adorable little monster can fall asleep right now because mama and dad are not watching and trying some adult time right before her eyes. This means we can enjoy the spectacular view of the castle. Queen-size bed. A big bathroom and table where mama and dad can drink wine. Im so grateful for this room! It is also particularly clean. The nice man at the front desk taught my daughter some French and theres a great cake shop across the street selling fantastic cakes and microns where a lovely young man can chat in both English and French. My daughter loved him.

I highly recommend this hotel. Our only regret is that we spent two nights there with two of our friends, who arrived just in June. The proprietor was kind enough to let us park our motorcycles in the back away from prying eyes, giving us privacy. With a lovely outlook of the castle and a view of the lake, the rooms feature private bathrooms with lovely furnishings. All of the staff is fluent in English, and they are pleasant to work with. The food was excellent, and breakfast was delicious for 8 euros, with numerous choices and was well-presented.
