We loved it. Our bed was big enough. There where coocking options, pans, ect. Bed, bathroom, all was clean when we came.

Wasn’t sure once booked after reading the reviews but to our surprise we had a relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable with clean bedding.you need to understand it’s not a hotel so don’t expect room service etc but for self catering you have everything you need including a stove, utensils, microwave and dish soap and sponge etc. bathroom was small but enough with shower gel etc and toilet paper. Yes they don’t replace towels but we asked for more and they provided. You can ask for cleaning of the room which is charged a bit extra. We stayed for 5 days and had no problems. The male receptionist was very helpful and spoke very good English. The only negative I can say is it can get a bit noisy as there is some store in front with vehicles loading/unloading.

Very clean and public transport easily accessible with a carre four supermarket 3 mins walk. We loved the kitchette of our studio accomodation great feature meant we coukd have breakfasts and orepare lunch picnics during our stay. Shallow shower tray was unusual so had to be teally careful not to flood bathroom floor. Very friendly receptionist. During hot weather room uncomfortable as no airconditionibg although we bought a 45watt floor fan from local supermarket. As a suggestion it might be a good idea to offer guests to rent a fan for a nominal fee ? Perhaps also a guest pack of how to book youd public transport ticket, also which bus number and which metro ststion to take you into paris would also be useful to have. All in all we were exceptionally pleased with our stay and eoukd recommend to others thank you

価格の割に、キッチン、冷蔵庫があり、そして大小のバスタオルが2枚ずつあった。ベットも大きい。ただ、パリの郊外に位置し、最寄りのメトロからバスを使ったほうがいいので少し不便（徒歩も可能）。近くに大型スーパー、カルフールがあるので便利。

Сравнительно не далеко линия RER C, 10 мин.пешком. На ней можно добраться в центр города. Поэтому выбрали этот район. Рядом большой супермаркет, готовить было из чего. Минус - рядом общежитие для мигрантов. Но это общий минус для современных Европейских столиц. Интеграция происходит трудно. Еще один минус, рядом школа. И если вы хотите днем отдохнуть и выспаться, это вряд ли получится. Дети это очень шумно, даже при закрытых окнах.

　スタッフが協力的で、対応もちゃんとしています。 　キッチンに湯沸かしポットや電子レンジも付いていて便利。 　部屋に掃除の人が入るのは、一週間滞在する場合はその真ん中くらいの日です。私は掃除の入る日に部屋で休んでいたので、とりあえず午前中に来てもらえるようにお願いし、待っていたところ正午を過ぎていました。すると部屋にフロントの男性が、掃除が来たかどうか確認に来てくれて、来ていないことが分かると掃除の人をすぐによこします、と手配してくれました。同じクラスのホテルに比べて、かなりしっかりした体制で運営していると思いました。 　このホテルの近くには、カルフールなどが入った総合商業施設があります。地元の人たちが使うようなお店ばかりで、庶民的な価格でいろいろなものが手に入るので便利です。周辺は開発中のようで、あちこちで工事していたりしますが、郊外に普通に暮らす感じで泊まれて、私のようにそういう雰囲気が好きな人には良いと思います。 　地下鉄の駅はイマイチ遠くて使いにくいのですが、バスを使えば移動が楽です。

Uma boa solução para quem tem tempo para viajar com calma e economia.Para ir ao centro de Paris,reserve uma hora de deslocamento pois ,apesar do metrô ser rápido,o ônibus(325) é instável no horário. Caso chegue fora do horário de funcionamento da recepção faz-se necessário uma ligação para a Central que nem sempre atende na hora;parecem estar em outra função. Ajudei algumas pessoas apavoradas sem ter funcionários para orienta-las.Senti na pele a mesma experiência na minha primeira estadia.Os cordiais funcionários tem ,coletivamente,um folgado intervalo para almoço. Seria melhor um escalonamento. O uso das máquinas de lavar e secar (pagos) é restrito a algumas vezes. Apesar das considerações,gosto de lá pois é calmo e com supermercados e restaurantes a uma 600m.

簡易キッチン付き、かなり広い部屋、共有ランドリーもあり、近所には巨大スーパー（カルフルール）もある。自炊しての長期滞在には文句なしにいい。しかし、パリの外れで、近くにはカフェもレストランもほとんどない。また、地下鉄の駅までが結構遠く、また市中心までは３０分くらいかかる。これらの点の覚悟が必要である。
