It's a nice place to stay if you're in the area or traveling from Tahiti, as there are intriguing places to see nearby. The building is beautifully restored, renovated, and the quality of the craftsmanship and the materials used is great. This comes with a price, but I feel that 190 lari including breakfast is in general right now. There are satellite networks, including german channels such as ard, cdf, etc. There is a modest restaurant one floor down from the reception area where we also had dinner. One dish with a salad as a side dish is enough for two people! The portion of bread alone was sufficient for a family! There is only one meal for the whole litre! Was fantastic. One person at the hotel spoke excellent German communication with everyone else was very limited. The restaurant staff is Russian, but the conversations are almost non-German. There are also a few minor problems to report. First of all, there are no curtains in the room, so it is impossible to keep the room dark in the morning. Last but not least, we had specifically requested that they transfer some of the remaining rooms to us via application in order to avoid hotel charges. We've heard this is common in Georgia during the low season at one of the hotels in Takami, and we were even offered a discount on arriving at reception before we asked. Overall, a pleasant surprise. This hotel is somewhat new. The owner is German and said to spend several months at the hotel each year. The old mill building has been extensively restored and remodeled. The basement, which is a restaurant, resembles a beer keller. There are two levels of rooms upstairs. The furniture is functional, my bed was comfortable, and the bathroom worked. The evening meal at the restaurant was solid georgian food. However, the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired.
