The location was quiet and in a very tidy place. The proprietors were very welcoming and helpful. They also have good English skills. Booking was simple and they quickly answered my questions. The breakfast was also lovely. It's not a fancy guesthouse, but I think it's quite suitable and good value for money.

The location is very good. And, the proximity to the amazing bar was also good. The hotel comes with a spacious room and a comfortable bed. The view from the huge terrace was really great. And then, this place was quiet at night.

We would gladly go back to what used to be our home. The rooms and amenities are pleasant and spotlessly clean. The terrace is an outdoor living space special with beautiful views both day and night, sometimes private, and sometimes an opportunity for good conversation. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and varied. We stayed with them at the start and end of our trip as well as a few times during our visit to Georgia as we returned from exploring other regions. David and Irina were thoughtful, kind, and engaging.

Excellent location for putting on events! I really love it and the host David and Irina are very friendly, friendly, and polite. Thank you for having us at your comfortable location! Totally recommend! I stayed at Terrace House Tiblisi for 3 nights. It was great! The place is like a bedbreakfast. The owner was very friendly and spoke good English. They treated me with homemade wine. It's very clean and comfortable with a nice view. It's not far from the center where I spend only 15 minutes to get there, I walked slowly to explore. Breakfast was good.
