This place is a great value. The location is about 15 minutes walk from the city center of munich. Very well appointed and clean place to stay. Its also very affordable. We found the level of cleanliness to be excellent. Other reviewers have mentioned that the hotel is in tinier area, which is true and it is shown in the price, but my wife and i didnt feel at all threatened or unsafe at night.

This place is ideal for those who cook alone. The train station is only a block away, and the citys top attractions are within ten minutes walk. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, easy access to transportation, etc. It is conveniently located one block from the train stop.

The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Free tea and freshly ground coffee are available in the lobby. Very central location, walking distance from the city center of munich.

I had a wonderful time at bayers. The apartment is very practical because it has all the amenities needed and is close to the central train station.

This place is excellent. The rooms and amenities are modern and offer excellent value for the money. I was able to use the downstairs laundry, which has a fantastic kitchen in the room. Marienplatz and the main train station are both conveniently close by, and its only ten minutes walk away. Very helpful and kind hotel staff. When returning to musseldorf, i will most definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Marienplatz and Theresienwiese. The personnel are really friendly. Very fresh rooms were very clean and comfortable. When there were three people, there was only one key in the room, which was minus. During the Bauma trade show, we spent three nights there. Although the hotel was packed, it was relatively quiet. Only one nearby was somewhat restless. On friday morning, the warm water ran out as well.

During our numerous nights here, we were able to prepare on our own with fully equipped kitchen cookware. The only drawback, though, was that the location was quite noisy outside, possibly due to the noise from outside. Overall, our stay was truly enjoyable!.

Overall okay. The room rate was very reasonable, but we were charged 23 euros for parking and our room was on the ground floor, the parking lot was next to our window. We arrived quite late after visiting the Mercedes Benz museum and decided to have dinner at the hotel bar and restaurant. Food and service were good.

The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, as was the location. Although the area is a little noisy and busy, the windows are effective in blocking out noise. It took us about 15 minutes to walk near the city center, which was convenient for our comfort.

The central railway station is only a block away by foot from this small hotel, which is quite tidy and has roomy rooms. You can dine at kebabs across the street, one of the best restaurants in town. However, there is lack of upkeep. Some rooms have inadequate lighting, some have incorrect lighting fixtures, and the dish drainer is the wrong size.
