It could use some more kind customer service and a little grin. No smile when checking in, no thank you to see you again when checking out, just cold without any affection. The staff, particularly one of the women who worked there, were quite arrogant to us. We even saw her shout at one customer in front of other customers because she wanted her order taken and nobody was paying attention! They had no interest in explaining more about the place or sending the brochures to us. On the plus side, breakfast was good. Clean room. But they are pricey compared to all the saudi. So I would rather choose that. If I had the chance, I would rather pay more and stay at the Skleton next door. They do not have their own wellness, so you have to go to the Skleton. The staff at Sheretonarabella Hotel was so nice and friendly that we felt more at home than at the Willymerkl Hotel where we were staying.
